4-bit chip address (hard-wired/programmable)
Integrated PTAT, PTAT2, and Bandgap generator
Internal temperature sensor and power detector
Up to 95MHz SPI control
Advanced SPI with 2048 programmable state memory
Analog supply voltage: +2.4V to +2.6V (+2.5V nominal)
Dedicated PA supply voltage: selectable between
+2.4V to +2.6V and +3.0V to +3.3V
The F6506 Evaluation System (EVS) is designed to help you evaluate the F6506 Beamformer device.

- FT2232HL Digital Interface Board.
- USB-to-Micro USB cable.
