Responsibilities 

Prepare and review corporate tax returns; ensure timely filings

• Manage GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance
• Support TDS compliance and quarterly filings
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking
• Handle DTAA interpretations and cross-border withholding tax
• Evaluate tax implications of business transactions
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
• Liaise with internal teams and external consultants on tax matters
• Ensure timely resolution of tax queries and compliance

Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of experience in corporate tax or consulting

• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws including Income Tax, GST, and Transfer Pricing
• Exposure to international taxation and cross-border transactions preferred
• Experience with tax matters in USA, China, or Turkey is an added advantage
