SAP FICO

We’re seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Functional Consultant to lead and optimize Finance and Controlling processes within our global SAP ecosystem. This role demands deep functional expertise, a strong grasp of international financial operations, and the ability to drive solution delivery across cross-functional teams.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and public cloud environments will be a distinct advantage.

• Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and enhancement of SAP FICO modules across global entities
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to design solutions aligned with Axiro’s operational goals
• Configure and manage core FICO components:
  • General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting
  • Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA
  • Taxation setups (GST, VAT, Withholding Tax) for multi-country operations
• Handle intercompany transactions, foreign currency valuation, and period-end closing activities
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, PS) and external systems
• Support S/4HANA migrations and rollouts across geographies
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare documentation, and lead testing cycles
• Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support
• Partner with internal teams and auditors to uphold compliance and controls

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience in implementation and support
• Strong understanding of global finance and controlling processes
• Proficiency in FICO configurations and business process mapping
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud) preferred
• Familiarity with statutory reporting, international tax structures, and multi-currency setups
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; SAP Certification preferred
