The F84316 is a 1432MHz to 1517MHz multi-chip Doherty power amplifier module designed to operate as a macro stage driver. The device is housed in an SMT package with RF input and output matched to 50 Ohms.
The highly integrated single-channel module is designed for 4W average output power (13dB output back-off) with high efficiency and gain from a 50V supply.
