The F84014 is a 2.11GHz to 2.17GHz multi-chip Doherty power amplifier module. The device is housed in an SMT package with RF input and output matched to 50 Ohms.
The highly integrated single-channel module is designed to achieve up to 9W average output power (10dB output back-off) with high efficiency and gain from a 40V supply.
