The F82302 is a 925MHz to 960MHz multi-chip Doherty power amplifier module. The device is housed in an SMT package with RF input and output matched to 50 Ohms.
The highly integrated single-channel module is designed to achieve up to 17W average output power (10dB output back-off) with high efficiency and gain from a 48V supply.
