Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to lead HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Learning & Development for Axiro’s growing global workforce across India, US, Turkey, and China.

This is a key role within the HR function ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability start-up environment, understands technology and product-driven cultures, and can blend strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Responsibilities 

    1. HR Business Partnering

    • Act as a trusted HR advisor for business leaders across geographies.
    • Drive organizational effectiveness through proactive workforce planning and employee engagement.
    • Partner with leadership to strengthen Axiro’s high-performance and feedback culture.
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices globally.

    2. Talent Management & Development

    • Design and implement talent review and succession planning frameworks.
    • Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and development opportunities.
    • Launch and manage learning initiatives aligned with Axiro’s growth capabilities and technical depth.
    • Work with global teams to deliver a unified yet locally relevant talent experience.

    3. Learning & Capability Building

    • Identify skill gaps and co-create learning roadmaps across functions.
    • Curate internal and external learning experiences — workshops, certifications, and mentoring.
    • Measure and communicate learning effectiveness and business impact.

    4. Culture & Employee Experience

    • Champion Axiro’s values and build a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Partner with HR colleagues and leadership on key initiatives such asonboarding, engagement, and performance enablement.

Requirements

    • 10-15 years of experience in HRBP and Talent/L&D roles.
    • Exposure to global or multi-country operations (India, US, Turkey, China preferred).
    • Prior experience in technology, product, or semiconductor companies preferred.
    • Strong business acumen with ability to operate in a high-growth, evolving environment.
    • Demonstrated accountability, data-driven decision-making, and execution ownership.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-cultural teams.
