As a key member of an agile and innovative design 团队, Staff RF/mmWave IC engineer will have a critical role in developing innovative circuits for 5G and Satcom networks. In this 高ly visible position, you will be working on the-状态-of-the-art millimeter-wave front-ends and 探索 the topologies for the 下一个 generation communication circuits. We are looking for 高ly motivated and talented problem-solvers with strong IC design skills as well as solid EM and communication systems 后退ground.

职责 

- Design mm-wave/RF IC’s such as power amplifiers, LNA’s, phase shifters, up/down converters and frequency multipliers.
- Run feasibility studies on the signal line-up and determine sub-block performance limitations in various process technologies including SiGE, bulk CMOS, SOI, GaAs or GaN.
- Design and simulate on-chip EM structures as well as IC/包裹 interfaces.

要求

- Master's with 6+ years industry experience or PhD with 3+ years industry experience in Electronics/       Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in design and analysis of RFICs including amplifiers, frequency converters,   oscillators, attenuators, phase shifters, etc at mm-wave frequencies.
- Complete experience with IC product development cycle (at least 1 product from design to production)
- Solid understanding of various process technologies and design experience in SiGe, CMOS, RFSOI or   GaAs/GaN.
- Solid understanding of RF system analysis such as link budget, frequency mixing and spurs, sampling       theorem, FFT etc. Knowledge and experience with phased arrays are plus.
- Proficiency in Schematic, Layout, Verification in Cadence Virtuoso and ADS.
- Experience in EM simulations both for on-chip and 包裹 interfaces.
- Hands-on experience in the lab, operating essential test equipment such as VNA, Spectrum analyzer.
- Good communication skills and effective 团队 work.
