职位描述

    • 拥有自动化数据处理、绘图和 GUI 开发经验。
    • 擅长焊接小型 SMD 元件。

职责

    Collaborate with design 团队s to analyze 数据表s and define test plans.

    • Re查看 evaluation board design/layout and set up test benches.
    • 支持 silicon bring-up and initial validation.
    • Work with automation engineers to develop drivers and scripts for data collection.
    • Collect, analyze, and report data in Renesas 数据表 format.
    • Present characterization results and 支持 数据表 development.
    • Maintain BOM and provide feed后退 on evaluation board issues.
    • Assist with ATE correlation and provide samples for qualification and 应用s 团队s.

要求

    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics Engineering.

    • 0–2 years of experience in analog bench validation and characterization.
    • Strong understanding of analog fundamentals: DC power, 获得, settling time, temp coefficients, INL/DNL.
    • Experience validating analog blocks (BGR, Temp Sensor, ADC, DAC, LDO).
    • Familiar with bench automation tools and scripting (MATLAB, Python).
    • Skilled in bench setup debugging and instrument driver development.
    • Ability to interpret 数据表s, create test plans, and characterize across temp/supply corners.
    • Proficient with lab instruments: power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes,  network /spectrum analyzers.
    • Knowledge of ESD protocols and instrument maintenance.
