The IDT F1240 IF VGA featuring FlatNoise™ technology improves system SNR, especially at lower 获得 settings. By keeping both IP3O & NF flat while 获得 is 后退ed off, the system SNR is improved significantly under 高 level interferer conditions, especially when considering alias noise in an IF sampling receiver. The fast-settling, parallel mode 获得 步 of 0.50 dB coupled with the excellent differential non-linearity allow for SNR to be maximized further by targeting the minimum necessary 获得 in small, accurate increments. The matched output does not require a terminating resistor, thus the 获得 and distortion performance are preserved when driving Bandpass Anti-Alias filters.

The F1240EVBI is a fully populated evaluation board which allows the customer to easily evaluate the F1240 Dual Intermediate Frequency Digital Variable 获得 Amplifier. Attenuation may be set using either the F1240’s parallel control input or its serial control input by setting Vmode to the appropriate value.
The F1240EVS is a complete hardware and software solution that allows customers to digitally control the F1240EVBI with the USB output on a computer. The kit includes the F1240EVBI board, as well as a USB Digital Control Board and interface cables. The software, guides , and instructional videos are available for download/查看ing on this page.
