• 支持波束成形和射频前端 IC 的系统级集成，同时协助在 EVT、DVT 和 PVT 阶段进行启动和调整。
• 排查客户集成问题并及时与内部工程部门协调寻求解决方案。
• 根据现场观察向内部团队提供反馈，以改进产品。

三．技术支持与解决方案

• 在客户站点提供配置、优化和调试方面的实践支持。
• 根据目标应用和性能标准进行定制产品演示。
• 针对特定用例的实施策略提供专家指导，并在所有技术阶段保持对客户查询的响应能力。

四。协作与知识共享

• 充当客户与 Axiro 工程、产品定义和产品营销团队之间的联络人。
• 与产品定义和 BU 应用工程团队合作开发技术培训资料、快速入门指南和应用说明。
• 捕捉客户心声见解并将其反馈到产品定义流程中。
• 通过定期反馈循环和现场汇报为团队知识库做出贡献。

要求

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering.
Experience: 8-10 years in field 应用s, RF system design, or 雷达 hardware development Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with phased arrays, beamforming, and front-end signal chains.
• Experience with tools like ADS, HFSS, MATLAB/Python, and RF test equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer).
• Understanding of design validation phases (EVT, DVT, PVT).
• Proficient in using CRM tools, interpreting market data, and preparing 行动able insights for 销售 and engineering 团队s.

Soft Skills:

• Skilled at objection handling, post-销售 follow-up, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
